Michelle Attard
Director • Principal Interior Designer
Michelle is the founder and inspiring force behind MAD Studio. Her building and design career spans over 25 years and includes many successfully completed residential and commercial projects.
Her wealth of industry knowledge and expertise, along with her friendly and reassuring approach, has provided clients with well-designed and stylish interiors, often forming the basis of long-lasting working relationships.
Michelle works closely with each client to understand their brief and how each space will be utilised. She personally oversees every MAD Studio project and helps clients to navigate the full interior design process, paying meticulous attention to every detail.
Michelle is proud to have established a talented group of industry-leading women who listen, design and inspire.
Krystalle EGYUD
Senior Interior Designer • Bach. Interior Architecture
Krystalle’s ability to combine logic and creativity makes her ideally suited to interior design. She is driven by the constant learning that the role provides, the ever-evolving nature of the industry and the satisfaction of solving challenging issues within spaces.Where possible, she loves collaborating with other creative minds within the field to create bespoke solutions for our clients.
Krystalle excels in ensuring that the process for each client is as seamless as possible, no matter the size or scale of their project. Her warm and informative approach provides clients with complete confidence in the design journey and results.
She creates residential and commercial interior design projects that are timeless and are a reflection of clients. Contributing to MAD Studio’s consistent delivery on aesthetics and functionality.
MEGAN VANDERMEER
Interior Designer • Bach. Interior Architecture
Megan loves that her role allows her to express her creativity in a way that helps others. She gains a great sense of fulfillment from the endless learning and diverse opportunities that the industry presents.
As a crucial member of MAD Studio, Megan brings a fresh energy to the studio. Her contagious enthusiasm and excitement weave its way into each and every project. She ensures that each project results in a space with purpose, identity and personality unique to that brief.

LEE MAI
Interior Designer • Bach. Interior Architecture
Lee’s keen interest in visual arts and architecture led her into the field of design. After working as an architectural drafter for seven years, Lee used her considerable industry knowledge to make the transition to interior design.
A natural problem solver, Lee strongly believes that design should be underpinned by the very best technical foundations. She enjoys collaborating with her colleagues and clients to create bespoke residential and commercial spaces.
One of the most rewarding aspects of her role is the close relationships that are formed with clients through a friendly, easy-going and helpful approach. This makes seeing her designs come to life all the more fulfilling.
Lee has a flair for incorporating her detailing and construction knowledge into her designs resulting in luxurious and layered spaces.
