Nestled on a large rural property this home was designed to blend with its surroundings and give a sanctuary to its occupants. 

 

An abundance of warmth and texture is given to the vast spaces by the rammed earth walls scattered throughout.  To keep focus on this feature, the palette to the majority of the interior remains muted with the addition of intricate detailing to spark interest.  An injection of sage green, to what are normally considered utilitarian areas, gives life to the laundry and mud room creating spaces to be enjoyed.
