This newly built coastal home, just a stone’s throw away from the esplanade, perfectly balances modern design with the carefree spirit of beachside living. Our goal was to capture the essence of the beach while bringing in a laid-back Malibu vibe, making it a space that feels both relaxed and luxurious.

With abundant natural light flooding every room, the home feels bright and open, enhancing the connection to the outdoors. A neutral base of soft tones and organic textures grounds the space, while carefully chosen pops of colour and lush greenery add vibrancy and life.
