Scope

Extension/Renovation​

Shore House is an extension and renovation of an existing residence, delivered in collaboration with Wilks Building Group, Arc Two Architects, and Landscape Techniques.

​

Designed to create more space for family living and entertaining, the project introduces generous open-plan interiors that connect seamlessly to an expansive outdoor setting. Bespoke joinery, expressive natural stone, and custom furniture define the interiors, while the landscape extends the home's living experience with a tennis court, wellness area, and spaces designed for gathering and relaxation.

Together, the architecture, interiors, and landscape form a cohesive family home that is warm, refined, and built around everyday living.
