Renovation​

Overlooking the esplanade, Soleá transforms an existing residence into an elegant coastal retreat. Created in collaboration with Wilks Building Group and Landscape Techniques, the renovation draws upon Japandi principles through clean lines, natural finishes and a softly layered palette that responds to its seafront location.

Offering a richer contrast, the pool room is anchored by a custom-designed pool table and a deep, immersive palette that lends the space a sense of luxury and opulence. Curated furniture and styling by MAD Studio introduce texture, form and personality throughout, completing a spacious and considered home shaped by its connection to the coast.
